premium alloy steel through tungsten carbide grinding processes,
achieving Rockwell hardness >58-62 HRC after heat treatment.
- The mesh roller frame incorporates an interchangeable rubber
roller/scraper structure for enhanced mechanical configuration
flexibility. The printing unit utilizes PLC-controlled computer
adjustment with patented 0.1mm precision micro-pressure regulation
for plate elevation and impression roller pressure control.
- A ball screw-type adjustment mechanism on the slotting section's
large preload wheel coordinates with linear guide rails to maintain
cutter head shaft stability and accuracy. The die-cutting unit's
rubber roller can be equipped with Nideko servo-driven mechanical
differential compensation.
- All drive rollers consist of premium steel tubing with hard chrome
plating and precision surface grinding. The system features PLC
control with touchscreen interface and 10,000-order memory storage
capacity.
- A digital production monitoring display shows real-time printing
speed and output metrics. Comprehensive safety systems include:
- Motion-activated audible alarms during machine operation
